Our weekend in Connecticut is finally here! Every year, since 2001 my sister Kathy and I, and now my Mom and sister Margaret take the trip up to the northwestern corner of Connecticut for the premier gardening and antique event. Today, we arrived at at beautiful Mountainview Inn, in Norfork and as you can see it is absolutely beautiful. Lots of Victorian furniture, beautiful paintings(the innkeeper is an artist) in a postcard setting. The weather is perfect and should be tomorow, when we attend the gardening event. I will post more pictures tomorrow and then on Sunday we go on four garden tours. I will post all about them. It even smells green here. There is something so special about Conncticut this time of year. Makes you want to go home and plant a garden. For sure! Love ya, Angel
